Ever since I can remember, I have dreamed of visiting New York City. As numbers swirled around in my head, I slowly came to the realization at this point in my life a trip to New York might be unattainable.

Come hell or high water, I was determined to have tea at The Plaza and stroll through Central Park with a hot dog from a sidewalk cart in my hand!
